Neuromancer by William Gibson is one of my favorite books and was the subject of my 2020 illustration thesis, revisited here as a full book illustration.

3D models were used to help both composition and lighting, many of my thumbnails were drawn right over the models.

After deciding the composition and lighting I drew the piece traditionaly with graphite, then scanned it to my tablet to color digitally.
